This User Agreement governs the use of the Sveti.com website and the services and materials published on it.
By using the website, browsing its pages, contacting experts, or using other available features, the user confirms that they have read this Agreement and accept its terms.
1. About the Sveti! platform
Sveti! is an informational online platform that brings together independent specialists, experts, teachers, and practice facilitators in the fields of personal development, psychology, spiritual and mind-body practices, and other related areas.
The website may feature:
- expert profiles;
- consultations and services offered by experts;
- courses, training programs, and seminars;
- retreats and trips;
- mind-body practices and class schedules;
- articles and other informational materials.
The platform helps users learn about experts and the services they provide and enables users to contact the selected specialist directly.
2. Status of experts
Experts presented on the Sveti! website are independent specialists and are individually responsible for the services, consultations, events, practices, information, and recommendations they provide.
Sveti! is not a party to any agreement between the user and the expert.
The terms of a consultation or event, prices, payment methods, refunds, rescheduling, cancellations, and other conditions are agreed directly between the user and the relevant expert.
The experts are not employees of the platform, and the platform does not control the content of the consultations and practices they provide.
3. Information about experts
Sveti! aims to publish current and reliable information about experts.
Information regarding qualifications, experience, professional activities, services, prices, and events is provided by the experts themselves.
The expert is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
Users are advised to independently assess whether a selected specialist or service is suitable for them and, where necessary, ask the expert additional questions before beginning work with them.
4. Booking and contacting an expert
Buttons such as “Book”, “Contact”, and similar website elements may allow the user to contact an expert directly via WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, email, telephone, or other contact methods provided by the expert.
Once the user is redirected to an external service, further communication is governed by the rules of that service and by the arrangements made between the user and the expert.
5. Prices and payment for services
Prices published on the website are provided for informational purposes and may change.
Users are advised to confirm the current price, payment currency, payment method, and any other financial terms directly with the expert before purchasing a service.
6. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds
Payment is made directly to the expert, and the rules regarding cancellation, rescheduling of an event or consultation, and refunds are determined by the relevant expert and by the arrangements between the expert and the user.
Sveti! is not responsible for refunding funds paid directly to an expert.
7. Informational nature of materials
Website materials, including articles, descriptions of practices, events, consultations, and information provided by experts, are intended primarily for informational and educational purposes.
Website materials should not be regarded as individual medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

8. No guarantee of results
Personal development, psychological work, education, practices, and other services may have different effects on different people.
Neither Sveti! nor an expert can guarantee a specific result solely on the basis of a service description published on the website.
User reviews and experiences reflect the individual experiences of particular people and do not guarantee that other users will achieve the same or a similar result.
9. User responsibilities
The user agrees to use the website lawfully and not to take any action that may interfere with its operation or violate the rights of other users or experts.

The website may contain links to experts’ websites, social networks, messaging services, payment services, and other third-party resources.
Sveti! does not control these resources and is not responsible for their content, availability, or data-processing practices.

12. Website operation
We aim to ensure the stable operation of Sveti.com, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of technical errors.
